Entry Guidelines
The BIAAs are open to everyone in the audio industry regardless we do not discriminate on any grounds. Our aim is to make the awards as inclusive as possible.
Please read all the notes on the categories and pay attention to the instructions on the entry forms.
You may only enter one category per email address, if you wish to enter more please create a new profile with a different email address
Eligibility Criteria
Your content must be available for consumption in the UK market and in English
Entry Fees: All entry fees are inclusive of VAT and can only be paid via the online portal. We cannot send an invoice for payment.
Entry forms: The entry forms give you the opportunity to tell us all about yourself, your company and your work. You should tell us all about how you have got to where you are and any challenges you have overcome. Anything you think we should know, tell us.
Audio clips: Audio clips should be in MP3 format and should be an unedited selection, not remixed. Please do not join your clips with music make them separate and include your timeline in this format
Example timeline
- Clip One taken from chapter one of “The dawn of the day” starts 00:10 ends 01:30
- Clip two taken from chapter four of “The Night after the day” starts 01:40 ends 03:30
Entry Content: Pleas be aware of the stipulations for content on the forms.
- The dates for the submission of content are the 30th June 2025 till Midnight on the 30th of September 2025
- Clips must be unedited and not remixed
- Only one entry per profile
Judging
We have chosen the judges specifically to try and cover all areas of the audio production industry and will jointly review and award on categories. We will not stipulate which judge is doing which award.
